The Busliks of Adams & Co. lease a total of 4,544 s/f at 231 West 39th Street

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC brokered two leases at 231 West 39th St. for a total of 4,544 s/f. Showroom Delfina, LLC signed an eight-year, 3,100 s/f lease. James and Jeffrey Buslik of Adams & Co. represented both the landlord and tenant. Blue Since Birth, Inc. signed a six-year, 1,444 s/f lease. James and Jeffrey Buslik of Adams & Co. represented both the landlord and tenant. "231 W. 39th St. continues to be a desirable building for contemporary fashion companies because of its prime location in the heart of the Garment District," said James Buslik. "Located off of Fashion Ave., the building's proximity to similar companies and transportation centers enables tenants to attract both local and out-of-town clients." Built in 1908, the12-story property, known as the Contemporary Fashion Center, is the home of over 100 fashion showrooms. The building is the epicenter of SHOP100eighteen, the first fashion market week in New York City in over 20 years aimed at bringing buyers back into the showrooms. Notable retail tenants include Hardtail, Hudson Jeans and Michael Starrs.
