What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of the restoration and redevelopment of 11 East 26th St. The new entry, amenities, and roof terrace preserve the classic elements of the building while preparing this boutique asset for modern tenancy.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I recently moderated a panel for the Commercial Observer on the state of the retail and hospitality industry and the economic factors driving the future of consumer-driven industries. This is one of several steps I’ve taken to expand my footprint into the “speaking” world.

What recent projects, transactions, or accomplishments are you most proud of? I’m proud of the recent deals I’ve done in investment sales and leasing with Adelaide Polsinelli, vice chairman of Compass. I not only met but exceeded the expectations set by both my clients and my team. It was a challenging yet rewarding experience that reinforced my ability to deliver under pressure and highlighted the strength of our collaborative efforts.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? Since joining, I’ve grown and transformed Runwise’s customer service department expanding its suite of services to include customer success, onboarding, operations, and a dedicated technical CX team (3 to 27 employees).

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?  We have extensive experience in constructing healthcare facilities and a recent project, Moses Medical at 871 Westchester Ave. in the South Bronx, is now close to completion.
