2025 Women in Construction: Andrea Lofaro, KINGS Capital

Andrea Lofaro
Director of Operations & Finance
KINGS Capital

What is one project or achievement in your career that you are most proud of, and how did it impact your organization or community?

Women in construction continue to redefine industry standards through leadership, resilience, and innovation. One achievement I am most proud of is the successful restructuring of KINGS Capital Construction Group’s infrastructure, seamlessly integrating finance into operations with minimal disruption. By prioritizing collaboration, my team and I streamlined processes, reassigning key roles strategically and adapting internal systems efficiently. Our focus on comprehensive training ensured a smooth transition, maintaining operational excellence and financial oversight.

What trends or innovations do you believe will shape the future of your field, and how are you positioning yourself (or your firm) to be at the forefront?

The future of construction is being shaped by advancements in technology, sustainability, and workforce diversity. The industry is shifting towards automation and cloud-based project management tools to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and sustainability. At the forefront, I am working to well-position KINGS by integrating automation and robotics, including GPS, and drones, for faster, more accurate site surveys. By embracing these innovations, streamlining processes, and fostering adaptability, we are driving efficiency, collaboration, and long-term progress in construction.

What’s your favorite way to recharge or get inspired outside of work?

Cooking and baking are an incredible source of inspiration that revitalizes my energy & mindset.
