Manhattan, NY RKF has arranged a 3,200 s/f lease with SUGARFISH by sushi nozawa, at 202 Spring St. in SoHo. This will be the much-celebrated, LA-based sushi restaurant’s second New York City location.

Manhattan, NY According to Cushman & Wakefield, real estate services firm has arranged a long-term lease for fitness brand, FitHouse, at 93 Worth St. in the TriBeCa neighborhood. Formerly a Crossfit ICE location, the retail space leased a total of 4,500 s/f on the ground and lower levels.

Manhattan, NY Daniel Rodriguez Sains and William Abramson of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group represented the landlord in a 2,720 s/f lease at 383 Third Ave. (between 27th and 28th Sts.) The tenant, the owners of Blue Haven NYC, was represented by Henry Rossignol and Cosmo Montemurro of Murro Realty. The lease consists of a 1,420 s/f ground floor, a 400 s/f mezzanine space and a 900 s/f basement.

Brooklyn, NY TerraCRG has completed a 1,500 s/f lease at 180 North 11th St. in the Williamsburg neighborhood.
