Manhattan, NY Olshan Properties unveiled plans for the transformation of 99 Hudson St., one of TriBeCa’s most celebrated commercial buildings.  Located at the northwest corner of Franklin St. and Hudson St., 99 Hudson St. rises 17 stories and contains 175,000 s/f of office space.

Bronx, NY Habitat for Humanity New York City, a major affordable housing developer and advocate for affordable homeownership in New York City, in conjunction with the Almat Group and the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, celebrated the groundbreaking of Sydney House, a 56-unit affordable development in Williamsbridge. Sydney House will be one of the largest multifamily developments ever built by a Habitat for Humanity affiliate.

Manhattan, NY Jaros, Baum & Bolles (JBB) of New York City has earned a National Recognition Award for engineering achievement in the American Council of Engineering Companies’ (ACEC) 51st annual Engineering Excellence Awards (EEA) for its role in the design of the New York University Langone Health Science Building in Manhattan.

New York, NY Professional Women in Construction (PWC) hosted their Annual Construction Chiefs panel highlighting top women in the construction industry at the Manhattan Club on March 23rd. Breakfast and networking was followed by a presentation and panel discussion. The topics discussed mainly focused on trends in the industry, ranging from mandated goals to project delivery methods.
