Sperry of CBRE-Albany joins SIOR board as council director for Standards Council
Jeffrey Sperry, associate broker with CBRE-Albany, recently began his two-year term as the council director for the Standards Council. The induction took place during the SIOR Fall World Conference in Los Angeles, CA, in late October.
"It is an exciting opportunity to join SIOR's Board as council director for Standards Council. I look forward to pursuing new and existing organizational initiatives working with the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors," said Sperry.
Sperry has 33 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in brokerage and consulting services for corporate and public clients. During this time, he has assisted many clients on occupancy planning, acquisition and disposition, build-to-suit, and leasing assignments. Prior to joining CBRE-Albany, Sperry was president of a trucking and public warehouse company in the Capital Region. Also, he was involved in the development of multi-family and industrial properties. In 1978, he became involved in the real estate brokerage industry.
An SIOR member since 1986, Sperry has served in many commercial real estate leadership positions in the past, including, Chair of the Admissions and Professional Standards Committees, and Regional Director
