Simone Development arranges 85,000 s/f lease to WESTMED

WESTMED Medical Group has signed a long-term lease to occupy the entire building currently under construction by Simone Healthcare Development and Fareri Associates at 3030 Westchester Ave. The property is a new four-story, 85,000 s/f medical office building located in the existing Harrison Executive Medical Park featuring underground parking as well as the latest amenities and services. The new development will feature custom-built medical suites available from 1,500 to 26,000 s/f. It is located at Exit 10 off of I-287, near Westchester County Airport and nearby Metro-North train stations in Rye, Harrison and White Plains, providing access to the growing suburban patient base in Westchester, Fairfield and Putnam counties.
