Silver of Treeline Companies represents owner in 9,000 s/f medical lease; London of Admiral Real Estate represents tenant, ENTA

According to The Treeline Cos., ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) will upgrade and expand its footprint with a new 9,000 s/f medical suite lease at the Treeline Cos.' Atria East at 990 Stewart Ave. Kraig Silver, executive VP of The Treeline Cos., represented the owner. Laurence London of Admiral Real Estate Services Corp. represented the tenant. Conveniently located near the Meadowbrook State Parkway, Northern and Southern State parkways and just minutes from the Long Island Expressway, Atria East is a concrete and steel building featuring attractive tinted glass windows, a spacious atrium lobby with marble and terrazzo flooring, four high-capacity elevators, a cafeteria, a bi-level underground parking garage and street level parking accommodating nearly 750 vehicles, as well as ample loading facilities on the main level. Designed by renowned architect Michael Harris Spector, who also designed nearby Reckson Plaza (formerly EAB Plaza), Atria East has gained a first-class reputation in the Long Island office market. The new ENT and Allergy Associates suite will offer 14 full ENT exam rooms equipped with leading edge technology; four allergy rooms and four audiology rooms. This new office is expected to be open for operations in the summer of 2011. This new medical suite replaces ENTA's existing area offices at 901 Stewart Ave. and 975 Franklin Ave. "We are extremely pleased to welcome ENT and Allergy Associates to the growing roster of medical and office tenants at Atria East," said Silver. "This state-of-the-art medical suite promises to provide residents of Garden City and surrounding communities the very finest in ENT and allergy treatment available and will be a tremendous asset to both the community and those who work in the area." The new office will employ ENTA's uniquely comprehensive multi-disciplinary sub-specialty approach, which features board certified, fellowship trained specialists in the areas of Sinus, Throat and Allergy. The office will be fully staffed to offer complete Adult and Pediatric ear, nose and throat care, as well as Otology and Neurotology, Allergy, Audiology and hearing aid services. A state of the art Electronic Medical Records (EMR) will be part of this project. Physicians of ENTA's new Garden City location will include those currently treating patients in the area: Dr. Paul Bell-board certified Otolaryngologist; Dr. Jay Dolitsky, board certified Otolaryngologist/fellowship trained in Pediatric Otolaryngology; Dr. Michael Gordon-board certified Otolaryngologist/fellowship trained in otology and neurotology; Dr. Michael Mendelsohn, board certified Otolaryngologist/fellowship trained in Pediatric Otolaryngology; Dr. Warren Zelman, board certified Otolaryngologist; and Dr. Robert Marchlewski, board certified in Allergy and Immunology. ENTA is actively recruiting additional otolaryngologists to this location.
