Novo 64 now 90% sold; Developed by The Horizon Group

With nine homes remaining, Novo 64 is now 90% sold. The five-story, 100-unit condominium, which began welcoming residents in early 2009, is located at the corner of 64th Rd. and Yellowstone Blvd., in Forest Hills. The property was developed by The Horizon Group. "There is no other place quite like Novo 64 in Forest Hills - nothing can match both the amenities offered and the sprawling space available in every residence," said Gigi Pierre, sales director for Novo 64. "It is truly the premiere building in the area, offering a luxurious Manhattan experience, without the Manhattan price tag." In all of the homes, from the studios to three-bedroom townhouses, Novo 64 features floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors and energy-efficient heating and air conditioning. For the gourmand, the kitchens are outfitted with Jenn-Air stainless steel appliances, a five-burner stove, a traditional and microwave oven, and white quartz CaesarStone countertops. The bathrooms are designed with Kohler fixtures and marble stone tiles. Residents also have no need to leave the building in order to experience the advantages of upscale living. In addition to a concierge and 24-hour doorman, Novo 64 boasts a fully equipped gym with sauna and yoga area. On cold winter nights, homeowners can watch a movie in the cinema room, or enjoy the fireplace in the building's outdoor garden. The building's many families appreciate the large children's playroom with its bright and playful décor. Interior designer Andres Escobar, founder and principal of Andres Escobar & Associates, designed Novo 64's common areas. "Andres Escobar brought his cutting-edge design vision to Novo 64 and has helped create a building that is unlike any other in the borough," says Adam Disick, CEO of Triumph Property Group Ltd., the exclusive sales and marketing agent for Novo 64. "Buyers have been so impressed with the design that two residents recently got married in the owner's lounge." In addition to the lounge, Escobar's work can be viewed in many shared areas including the lobby, which features his signature wood paneling, exotic materials and steel accents.
