Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization signed a long-term,17,570 s/f lease expansion at 488 Madison Ave. with Ring Concierge. Ring Concierge previously occupied 10,661 s/f. This deal brings the 447,000 s/f office tower to over 90% leased.

SL Green signs 29,915 s/f lease with Nayya Health at 215 Park Ave. South

Manhattan, NY SL Green Realty Corp. said that Nayya Health has signed a 29,915 s/f lease at 215 Park Ave. South. The new five-year lease covers 17,255 s/f on the entire  fourth floor and 12,660 s/f on the partial 18th floor. The building is now 92% leased.
