Reckson closes 2024 signing 37,827 s/f in leases at two properties

Valhalla, NY Reckson closed out 2024 with leases totaling 37,827 s/f at office properties in White Plains and Valhalla.

In downtown White Plains, the law firm of Delbello Donnellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr LLP relocated within the city to 17,364 s/f at 360 Hamilton Ave.Delbello Donnellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr was represented by William Cuddy, Jacqueline Novotny and Andrew Slosberg from CBRE.

In another transaction at 360 Hamilton Ave., Myriad Systems has leased 10,296 s/f. The company moved from Valhalla. Myriad was represented by Jacqueline Novotny from CBRE.

In Valhalla, OLA Consulting Engineers has leased 10,167 s/f for its new headquarters at 100 Summit Lake Dr. The company moved from Hawthorne. OLA was represented in the transaction by Chris O’Callaghan of RM Friedland.

The Summit is a 750,000 s/f three-building office park located on 102 acres of landscaped grounds, woodlands, and lakes, combining a business environment and amenities including private shuttle service to White Plains train station, full-service cafe and catering, covered on-site parking with charging stations and a fitness facility in all three buildings. The Summit is located near shopping and restaurants, and in proximity to major highways.

Located within the CBD of White Plains, 360 Hamilton is within walking distance of all downtown attractions including the Metro-North train station. Amenities include full service fitness facility, 140-person seated auditorium with stage, podium and the latest technology, and cafe with executive dining room and catering services. There is also a training room, boardroom, charging stations, manned security, outside patio with basketball court, bocce, bar area, seating and ownership is onsite.
