In the past year, what project or accomplishment are you most proud of? Being an integral part of the design team for the new affordable senior citizen residence located in Wyandanch Village. The project provided a great experience collaborating with other design professionals to meet project requirements, and I gained a better understanding of how many parties are involved in the building process.

In the past year, what project or accomplishment are you most proud of? The accomplishment that I am most proud of is becoming a licensed Professional Engineer. I studied for years to prepare for the exam and passed while eight months pregnant.

 In the past year, what project or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of being part of the project team for the 28E28th St. repositioning commercial office building in NYC’s Flatiron district. It is a 15-story, 703,000 s/f building, and we were tasked with significant demolition, white boxing, enlarging multiple floors, HVAC and electrical system upgrades, a new floor-through lobby

In the past year, what project or accomplishment are you most proud of? Our firm has grown significantly over the past year, with the addition of three professionals that have added substantial knowledge and value to our company. In the past year, what project or accomplishment are you most proud of? The project I am most proud of is an interior build-out we completed at 885 3rd Ave., also known as the Lipstick Building. Being a women-owned general contracting business and working in this iconic New York building felt very on brand!

What was a pivotal point in your career? In 2012, after Hurricane Sandy devastated NYC, I was assigned to the city’s rebuilding efforts at the mayor’s Housing Recovery Office. I had never worked in housing recovery, let alone been involved with disaster response at this level.

In the past year, what project or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of the completion of the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) Koch Ambulatory operating room project. Like most of the jobs we work on, this project was complex, and the project team overcame challenges related to material and equipment delays.
