What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I currently work on the ongoing redesign of three penthouses and the 6,250 s/f courtyard at Starwood Capital-owned, landmarked The Chatsworth co-op building at 344 W. 72nd St. in Manhattan. Our team is upgrading and adding full accessibility

2025 Ones to Watch - Rising Stars: Andrew Manasia, TerraCRG

What is your top advice for someone just starting out in your field? Learn the neighborhoods — zoning, ownership, trends — and build real relationships. Brooklyn is hyper-local, and trust matters. Be consistent, follow through, and don’t be afraid to do the groundwork. Focus on creating value, not just chasing deals.

2025 Ones to Watch - Rising Stars: Nana Larbi-Tieku, Denham Wolf Real Estate Services

What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? One of the recent projects I’m especially proud of is the Osborne Fulton Community Reentry Center in the Bronx. This facility supports men transitioning back into society after incarceration. While the project concluded in the fall of 2024,

2025 Ones to Watch - Rising Stars: Daniel Pupke, Reuveni Development Marketing

What’s one challenge you’ve overcome in your career so far, and what did it teach you? I was fortunate to enjoy a series of very hands-on summer internships when I was in college with a few big name developers. The only possible downside was that they were mostly with very large, very institutional companies.

2025 Ones to Watch - Rising Stars: Julie Lee, Katten

What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I recently advised on the acquisition and construction financing of a 325,000 s/f class A office building in Atlanta, featuring 600 structured parking spaces and governed by a commercial and residential condominium regime.

2025 Ones to Watch - Rising Stars: Lloyd Helen, RA, ARB, Cooper Robertson

What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I’m proud of completing the renovation of the Marquand Library of Art and Archaeology at Princeton University — a major capital improvement project and sole structure retained in the footprint of the new Princeton University Art Museum complex.

2025 Ones to Watch - Rising Stars: Glwadys Fayolle, SkyTrade

What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I’m most proud of launching SkyTrade, the world’s first platform to tokenize and trade air rights on-chain. We’ve turned a static, overlooked asset into a liquid, investable class. Since launch, 30K users have signed up, 15K air rights have been tokenized (valued at $57 million), and SkyTrade Towers now manage $8 million in AUM.

2025 Ones to Watch - Rising Stars: Joe Claps, CM&B

What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? The completion of a new Whole Foods Market fit-out in Stamford, CT. The project required intricate coordination between the design teams, contractors, material and equipment suppliers, as well as the store operations team.

2025 Ones to Watch - Rising Stars: Michael Mirman, BEB Capital

What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I have been involved with several of BEB Capital’s recent sale transactions, most notably a property in North Carolina that was leased to a national tenant, Iron Mountain. The sale included a lease buyout, as Iron Mountain’s lease was set to run through January 2027.

2025 Ones to Watch - Rising Stars: Jenny Romano, AKAM

What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? One milestone that I’m proud of is leading the development of a data centralization system for AKAM. Data across the company was sequestered into silos, making it harder to access and limiting the efficiency of employees.
