What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? A couple of months ago I completed a 20,000 s/f deal for an immersive art experience at 529 Fifth Ave. called Wonderland Dreams. The space is hand-painted from floor to ceiling and spans two floors.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Refinancing Park Avenue Plaza for $575 million in October 2021. While the asset was 100% leased, BlackRock was vacating and leaving it 77% leased.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? We executed 356-358 7th Ave. off-market after a multitude of brokers from different firms had been pitching the deal for years. We brought a buyer to the table who had lost out on a deal a few blocks away.

Within the first six months of joining Basis, I led the development and implementation of the ESG Sponsor questionnaire and ESG Risk Rating, which are used on every transaction (outside of agency lending products) to rate deals from an ESG standpoint.
