What person, project, transaction or market trend had the greatest impact on your industry this year? The market trend that had the most impact on my industry this year is the expansion of the cannabis industry. With many retailers scaling back expansion plans, the cannabis industry has taken the urban markets by storm.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2022? 

What I enjoy most about my career is being active in shaping the Bronx commercial real estate community. I’ve learned to step back and look at each listing/trade area as its own community thus Identifying the right tenant that will increase foot traffic, expenditures, and the needs of the immediate residents, which aids the community’s growth. This is a key component to investors and developers alike when considering either the trade area or when considering a similar corridor. I’ve had the honor of helping Bronx Lebanon and a few other large medical groups expand further.
