What person, project, transaction or market trend had the greatest impact on your industry this year? The greatest impact on the real estate industry this year has been the constant shifts in market conditions. The massive change in interest rates, inflation, property values and overall investment risk from the beginning of the year till now has caused many challenges in the industry. The ability adapt and understand these changes allowed me to overcome these challenges and close deals that should not have been able to get done.
