Through ANAX Real Estate Partners, Eric is aiming to deploy between $150-$200 million in capital over the next 18 months, focused primarily on middle-market multifamily and commercial assets across New York City. With these funds, Eric intends to stabilize these assets and bring them to completion.
In the last decade, Stuart has represented clients in converting over 1 million s/f of Manhattan office space into residential, hospitality, educational, medical, and other uses, avoiding the environmental consequences, timing, and cost of demolishing viable space and building new facilities, has given webinars, and published articles on Adaptive Reuse.
