Brooklyn, NY  Bestreich Realty Group (BRG) arranged the sale of 836 Union St., a 4,000 s/f, mixed-use property in Park Slope. The final closing price is $2.75 million equating to approximately $688 per s/f. Derek Bestreich, Luke Sproviero, Adam Lobel, Gabriel Kates, and Toby Waring of BRG represented both the seller, Judy Ann Taylor, and the buyer, Charles Piggot in this transaction.
