Rosewood Realty Group arranges four sales totaling $35.25 million

Rosewood Realty Group arranged the following sales totaling $35.25 million: * The $24.25 million sale of four Harlem buildings with 66 apartments. The five story walk-up apartment buildings (circa 1900) with a total of 60,000 s/f at 136, 140,144 & 148 West 111th St. sold for over 13 times the rent roll. Rosewood's Aaron Jungreis represented both the buyer and seller, private investors. * The $7 million sale of two Bronx buildings in Fordham Manor with 78 apartments. The five story walk-up apartment buildings with a total of 69,650 s/f at 2487 & 2497 Grand Ave. sold for over seven times the rent roll. Jungreis and Rosewood's Michael Guttman represented both the buyer and seller, private investors. "Both buyer and seller have done business together in the past and we were able to get this all cash deal closed in two weeks," said Guttman. * The $2.2 million sale of two Bronx buildings in the Tremont section with a total of 26 apartments. The four-story walk-up apartment buildings with a total of 11,748 s/f at 2048 & 2052 Mapes Ave. sold for 5.9 times the rent roll. Jungreis represented the seller and Rosewood's Dov Tepper represented the buyer, both private investors. * The $1.8 million sale of a four-story walk up apartment building in Flatlands, Brooklyn with 13 apartments and four commercial units. The 12,8000 s/f building at 1789 Flatbush Ave., sold for 7.7 times the rent roll. Jungreis represented both the buyer and seller, private investors.
