Robert K. Futterman & Associates named exclusive agent for 135 W. 14th St. and 5 E. 44th St.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), has been retained to market the sale and leasing of the retail condominiums located at 135 West 14th St. and 5 East 44th St. on behalf of Vintage Group, LLC. RKF executive vice president Jeff Fishman, director David Alani and associate Brian Segall are representing ownership for the sales effort, with senior vice president Ariel Schuster and associate Chad Sidkoff overseeing the leasing of the retail space. 135  West 14th St. is at the crossroads of Chelsea and Union Sq. and close to the Meatpacking District.
