Robb and Bucci of Sutton complete $500,000 sale of 712 East Fayette Street; Robb brokers $295,000 lease/sale: Feinberg leases 4,285 s/f office

Sutton Real Estate Co. arranged the following sale and lease transactions: * The property of Medical Arts & Home Care Company, 712 East Fayette St. in Syracuse was sold by Mark and Joanne Williams to a local real estate partnership of Chris Geiger and Scott Smith for $500,000. The new owners have obtained approval to erect a five-story building for 36 one-bedroom apartments and commercial space on the first floor. The property is situated to serve Syracuse University students and a growing business community Sutton associates, Richard Robb and Andrea Bucci, handled the sale and purchase for the sellers and buyers, respectively. * Robb of Sutton brokered the lease /sale of the former Fremont Bakery located at 119 East 2nd St., East Syracuse to Sweet Indulgence out of Watertown, represented by Mike MacCraken of Keller Williams. Sweet Indulgence is leasing the turn-key bakery for and will be purchasing at the end of three years for $295,000. * Bart Feinberg of Sutton represented FRW Properties in the leasing of 4,285 s/f of office space at 890 7th North, Liverpool to Onondaga Cortland Madison BOCES, represented by Ed Rogers of Oliva Real Estate.
