RE Speed Network (RESN) recently held its latest one-to-one session this past month at Marquee, along with host Greenpearl.com, one of the country's largest online directories and community of real estate professionals. The reception attracted more than 300 commercial real estate related professionals.
RESN co-founder Laurence Ross, an investment sales broker and founder of search engine PropertyRover.com, said, "Today's fast-paced business environment has created a demand for targeted, efficient networking events that allow professionals to cut right to the heart of the business matter." RESN co-founders David Kahane, president of DAK Commercial Realty and Oren Klein of Tranzon International said, "Our three-minute quick pitch approach to networking is very attractive to fast-paced real estate professionals. It allows participants to quickly determine whether or not there is an opportunity for further business."
RESN is now offering its services to other networking groups looking to add value to their already existing member events.
Klein said, "Our unique registration process ensures a diverse real estate crowd at every session." The idea to create a speed networking event was born after the founders attended numerous functions that were targeted too broadly to fulfill the specific business networking needs of the commercial real estate industry.
Ross said, "This milestone 10th event shows that there is a definite demand for this type of networking and is relevant in this down economy where professionals are looking to strengthen their relationships with one another."

There was a time when an offering memorandum (OM) was pretty bare bones, some photos, a few bullet points on income, and a rent roll thrown in at the back. That used to get the job done. Not anymore. In 2025, buyers are sharper, faster, and more selective. They’re looking
