Pasquale joins Houlihan Lawrence as licensed salesperson

Christopher Pasquale joins Houlihan Lawrence as a licensed salesperson. With a lifetime interest in real estate, and after watching close family members make the career transition into builders and real estate investors, Pasquale felt the time was right to make the leap into the industry. A Westchester native, born and raised in New Rochelle, Pasquale has lived in Manhattan for the past 20 years. His bi-county background allows him to appreciate what both Manhattan and Westchester have to offer and provide the best guidance for buyers looking to relocate to the suburbs. Pasquale has said he was drawn to Houlihan Lawrence's vast networks and access to essential market data. His joining Houlihan Lawrence gives him the opportunity to use the brokerage's extensive resources to complement his already stellar local expertise. He was also especially impressed by the brokerage's client connect platform and the state-of-the-art technology the firm uses to provide agents with the tools and best support in the industry to continuously improve their services for consumers. "Chris is passionate about the local communities in Westchester and loves selling the community as much as the properties," said Lewis Arlt, Brokerage Manager of Houlihan Lawrence's Scarsdale Office. "I look forward to working beside Chris and watching him grow to reach his full potential as an agent with Houlihan Lawrence's support system behind him." With 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, Pasquale remains a Partner at Resolution, a graphics company that specializes in retouching work for international advertising agencies and celebrity photographers. His years spent editing images and working with advertisers have given him an appreciation for transparency and a keen eye for detail that he now uses to tailor his broker services to meet the specific needs of each buyer and seller he works with.
