Pardo of Two Trees Management completes six leases totaling 9,761 s/f in DUMBO, Brooklyn

Two Trees Management Co. has leased space in DUMBO. The new leases, at 55 Washington St., 20 Jay St. and 45 Main St., total 9,761 s/f of space. At 55 Washington St., Media-Storm, LLC signed a one-year, 2,530 s/f lease. G4 Enterprises, LLC also signed for 1,015 s/f of office space for two years in the same building. At 20 Jay St., Michael Foster, signed a two-year lease for 1,956 s/f. Ground Control Touring also signed a three-year lease for 1,512 s/f. At 45 Main St., Jon Rubinstein signed a six-year lease for 1,448 s/f and The Rebel Group signed a 1,300 s/f lease for five years. Caroline Pardo, director of leasing for Two Trees, represented the landlord in the deals. City Connections Realty Inc. represented MediaStorm; Moshe Tannenbaum of Midtown Commercial Real Estate represented G4; and Patrick Todd at City Connections represented Foster. There was no broker for Ground Control Touring, Jon Rubinstein or Rebel.
