New York Commercial Real Estate Services (NYCRS) has brokered five leases totaling 4,975 s/f. The deals include the following: * 766 Madison Ave.: 1,100 s/f office space. Betty Posner of NYCRS represented the client, Academic Approach New York LLC. The company signed a five-year office lease. The landlord, Judson Realty was in-house represented by Stuart Ellman. * 333 Hudson St.: 975 s/f office space. Michael Chow of NYCRS represented the client, Robero Corrias. The artist signed a three-year lease. The landlord was Jack Fuchs. * 131 West 33rd St.: 1,100 s/f office space. Tim Parkkila of NYCRS represented the client, Dogmatic Products Inc. The pet product company signed a two-year lease. The landlord, Time Equities, was represented by Nadja Galloway & Brandon Medieiros. * 202A Mott St.: 400 s/f retail space. Kathleen Perkins of NYCRS represented the client, Tony Oxley. A 10-year lease was signed by the English Butcher to sell cooked meats. The landlord was Golden Mountain Realty Inc. * 501 Hudson St.: 1,400 s/f retail space. Bertrand de Soultrait of NYCRS represented the tenant Alessandro Radici, who signed a ten-year lease to open a Tiramisu specialty store. The landlord was Hudson Equities LTD.
