Murray Hill Properties has completed two leases totaling 10,208 s/f. The deals include: * A 5-year, 7,000 s/f lease at 485 Seventh Ave. for NY/NJ Minority Suppliers Development Council Inc. Michael Politi, Esther Zar, Jesse Rubens and James Tamborlane of Murray Hill Properties represented owner, The Eretz Group while Eric Lassoff and Lou Prisco of Colliers International represented the tenant. * A 5-year, 3,208 s/f lease at 145 West 57th St. for Spink USA, Inc. Randy Sherman of Murray Hill Properties represented the tenant while Elizabeth Houley of Newmark Knight Frank represented the owner.
