Levy of Adams & Co. brokers two leases at 10 W. 33rd St. totaling 14,322 s/f; Includes 7,264 s/f to SA&E and 7,058 s/f to Accessory Zone

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC has brokered two leases totaling 14,322 s/f in the Fashion Accessories Center located at 10 W. 33rd St. Accessory Zone, LLC, an importer of women's hair accessories and jewelry, signed an eight-year, 7,058 s/f lease. David Levy of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and the landlord. SA&E International Bags & Accessories, LLC, a manufacturer specializing in backpacks and luggage, signed a seven-year, 7,264 s/f renewal. Levy represented the landlord while Hidrock Realty, Inc. represented the tenant. "Demand for this building has remained exceptionally strong in both up and down markets, and we are glad to see new tenants coming and existing ones staying," said Levy. Built in 1914, this 12-story, 319,200 s/f building boasts 24/7 access. Notable tenants include A Classic Time Watch Co., Barganza, Global Design Concepts and Steve Madden Accessories, with retail tenants Legends Bar & Grill, Spa Sol, Jim Hanley's Universe, and United States Post Office. Landlord for the building is Ten West Thirty Third Associates.
