Friedman-Roth Realty Services arranged sale of a Lower Eastside apartment building located at 210 Rivington St. Located at the corner of Pitt St., the property is a six-story walk-up apartment building with 20 apartments and 3 retail spaces.
Constructed in 1920, the building encompasses 14,096 s/f. The selling price for the building was $12.5 million. Since 1992, the building has been sold 3 times, each time by Friedman-Roth Realty.
Jim Mann represented the purchaser while the seller was represented by George Niblock, a managing partner.
