Lindenmann and Edwards join Madison Commercial Real Estate as regional business directors
Madison Commercial Real Estate Services (MCRES) has hired Mark Lindenmann and Susan Edwards as regional business directors.

"Mark and Susan are strong title professionals whose skills will greatly benefit our clients. In particular, their expertise in Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreements (CEMA) means that Madison now takes a leading role in this complex sector of the industry."
Lindenmann and Edwards, both of whom have experience as real estate account specialists, will be charged with developing and expanding MCRES' roster of New York and Long Island clients. As part of the company's regional growth strategy, they will be handling the account management of commercial and residential settlement/escrow services and title underwriting.
The two title executives were most recently affiliated with Titleserv National, of Woodbury.
Lindenmann was previously manager, quality control for National Income Life Insurance, where he provided service and support for policyholders and worked closely with underwriting on audits and case research. Prior to that, he was regional VP at Aegis Mortgage Corp.; area manager at Conseco Financing; and branch manager at Ameriquest Mortgage. From 2005 to 2009, he was also the owner and operator of two retail national ice cream stores on Long Island. Lindenmann has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Buffalo and holds a New York State Life Accident and Health License.
Edwards was previously a senior loan consultant at Countrywide Home Loans, where she maintained and expanded account relationships with Realtors, attorneys, accountants and developers. Her prior experience includes developing new business and maintaining account relationships as a wholesale account executive at Homecomings Financial, Aurora Loan Services, and Sovereign Bank. With a background in business administration, Edwards has played a leadership and fund-raising role in local charities and civic groups, including the Long Island Special Olympics program, Tour for Children and Maureen's Haven. She is past president of the Community Mortgage Bankers Forum and a board member and officer of the Eastern Long Island Executive Round Table Group.
