Real Estate, LLC (www.adamsre.com), one of Manhattan's premier full-service real estate firms specializing in property management, brokerage and consulting services, brokered seven deals for a total of 7,551 s/f at 10 West 33rd St. David Levy, principal, and Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third Associates, as well as the tenants in the following transactions at 10 West 33rd St.: * A 1,645 s/f new lease for Affordable Luxury Group, Inc. Although details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking rent was $48 per s/f. Affordable Luxury Group plans to use the space for general and executive offices and showroom for an accessories company. * A 1,407 s/f renewal for BH Brands, Inc. Although details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking rent was $52 per s/f. BH Brands plans to use the space for general and executive offices and showroom for an accessories company. * A 1,090 s/f new lease for American Green Rug, LLC. Although details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking rent was $52 per s/f. American Green Rug plans to use the space for general and executive offices and showroom for an accessory and home products company. * A 1,023 s/f renewal for J & J International Design Group, Inc. Although details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking rent was $48 per s/f. J & J International Design Group plans to use the space for office and showroom for display and sale, at wholesale, of ladies' accessories. * A 988 s/f renewal for Buxton Acquisition Co., LLC. Although details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking rent was $48 per s/f. Buxton Acquisition Co. plans to use the space for general and executive offices and showroom for an accessories company. * A 891 s/f renewal for Alfa Travel Gear, Inc. Although details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking rent was $48 per s/f. Alfa Travel Gear plans to use the space for an office and showroom for the display and sale, at wholesale, of fashion accessories. * A 507 s/f renewal for Pure Element Apparel, LLC. Although details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking rent was $48 per s/f. Pure Element Apparel plans to use the space for general and executive offices and showroom for an apparel and accessory company. Built in 1914, 10 West 33rd Street is a 12-story, 319,200 -square-foot building. Notable tenants include A Classic Time Watch Co., Barganza, Global Design Concepts and Gina Group, with retail tenants Legends Bar & Grill, BCD Tofu House, and United States Post Office.
