Howden takes full floor at The Durst Organization’s One Five One - 31,519 s/f

Manhattan, NY According to the The Durst Organization, Howden, the global insurance broker, signed a 31,519 s/f lease for the 53rd floor at One Five One, located at 151 West 42nd St.

Howden is a top 10 global insurance broker operating across 57 countries and managing $50+ billion in premiums. The company spans specialty and reinsurance broking, private capital, employee benefits, and underwriting and program management.
