Kaufman Org. brokers two leases: 7,242 s/f total

The Kaufman Organization recently brokered two media design deals totaling 7,242 s/f. DMD NY signed a five-year lease for 4,042 s/f of office space at 88 Pine St. Michael Kaufman and Jared Silverman of Kaufman represented the tenant, while Frank Cento of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord. Asking price for the space was $55 per s/f. Tel America Media signed a five-year lease for 3,200 s/f of office space, the 17th floor, at the Fashion Tower, located at 499 Seventh Ave. Kaufman represented the tenant, while Michael Heaner and Grant Greenspan of Kaufman represented the landlord. Asking price for the space was $48 per s/f. The Kaufman Organization, with over 85 years experience and 6.5 million square feet of owned or managed space, has long been considered one of the most prominent and well-respected real estate companies in the New York metropolitan area. The company offers a fully integrated spectrum of leasing and management services to diverse owners and tenants and is continually looking to build its portfolio through property acquisitions.
