Slingerlands, NY Adirondack Capital Partners (ACP) sold Meadowbrook Apartments, a 98-unit multifamily property, for an undisclosed price.

Michael Hunter Coghill, managing partner of ACP, represented the seller, Berkeley Property LLC, and the buyer in the transaction. The buyer remains undisclosed.

Meadowbrook Apartments is a well-maintained residential community offering a mix of spacious one- and two-bedroom units in a highly desirable suburban location within the capital region. The property benefits from its proximity to Albany’s major employment centers, retail corridors, and transportation routes, while providing residents with a quiet, park-like setting.

“This transaction reflects the depth of demand we’re seeing for well-performing multifamily assets across the capital region,” said Coghill.  “Investors continue to target markets like this given their stable occupancy, attractive yields relative to downstate markets, and limited new supply pipeline.”

The sale underscores continued investor focus on upstate New York, where steady rental demand, population stability, and constrained development pipelines continue to support long-term performance.
