160 East 66th St. sold by Garfield and Pravda of Leslie J. Garfield & Co.

Leslie J. Garfield & Co., Inc. has recently completed the sale of 160 East 66th St., a five-story, single-family, 4,200 s/f, townhouse property located between Lexington and Third Aves. The townhouse, on a lot 18'6" by 100' was held at $7.85 million. Jed Garfield and Matthew Pravda of Leslie J. Garfield & Co. exclusively represented the seller in this transaction. The purchaser was represented by Lolly Totero of the Corcoran Group. In a second recent transaction, the firm sold a four-story, single family brownstone at 213 East 48th St. in the Turtle Bay neighborhood. The building sold for $3.995 million.The building is located between Third and Second Aves. and contains 3,168 s/f. It is zoned R8-B allowing FAR of 4, which enables adding an additional 3,000 s/f. Phyllis Lerner of Leslie J. Garfield represented the seller in the sale of the property. Katrina Herring of the Corcoran Group represented the buyer.
