In the last 12 months, which project, transaction, honor or accomplishment are you most proud of and why?
Selling 131 Duane St., one of the last large, unconverted, cast-iron buildings in Tribeca, for $18.5 million or $740/ft - effectively a zero percent cap-rate.
What were your biggest fears when you started out in your profession?

Who are three women- living or dead - that you would like to have drinks with and why?
1)Christine Lagarde of the IMF- A visionary leader who promotes the idea of women as being vital to economic growth.
2)The "other" Marion Jones - By virture of sharing a name, I've always been intrigued by the former Olympic runner who fell from grace and rebuilt her brand. She is a great redemption story who learned a new sport and gives back to the community.
3)Maria Bartiromo - She is so piercingly smart, and brings such style and panache. Life is too short not to lend a little glamour to your environment.
What is your favorite quote?
