Iskalo Development adds retail tenant at 5727 Main St. in Williamsville

According to Iskalo Development Corp., Blum's Swimwear and Intimate Apparel will be relocating their retail store to Iskalo's building at 5727 Main Street at the corner of North Ellicott Street in the Village of Williamsville. Blum's will continue to serve customers from its current location in the Walker Center until the new location is opened in November. "The robust shopping district in Williamsville helped us to become very successful, to the point where we outgrew our current space and needed to expand," Lynn Siegel, owner, Blum's Swimwear and Intimate Apparel, said. "We are thrilled to have found a larger, corner storefront directly on Main Street in the Village of Williamsville. We chose to work with Iskalo because their high quality properties match the standards we set for the products and services we offer customers at Blum's." Blum's will occupy the front, retail portion of the building formerly occupied by Pitt Petri, and renovation of the building has commenced. A 2,500 s/f professional office suite in the rear of the building is currently available for lease. "We're pleased to help Blum's find a location that lets them expand while still remaining in this vibrant commercial corridor," Paul Bohdan Iskalo, president and CEO, Iskalo Development, said.
