Joining the founding partners are other Eastern Consolidated alums Mark Pietrogiacomo, vice president of operations for Goldenwood Property Advisors; Alex Isak, director; Michael Musto, director; and Jonathan Sherman, analyst.

“I’m very excited to be launching Goldenwood Property Advisors with Lev and our outstanding team,” Isak said. “Together, we have extensive market expertise gained from decades of working in the New York City metro area, and a proven track record of success of attaining maximum value for clients.”

Kimyagarov said, “We’ll be taking a strategic approach to each assignment, advising property owners on the best approach to take to achieve their goals. In some cases this may mean offering a property off-market to a select group of targeted buyers, executing a full marketing strategy, or even advising our client not to sell and instead reposition the asset.”

Since 2006, Isak has been involved in the sale of over $375 million worth of commercial/investment real estate. In recognition of his success Costar named him a Powerbroker for Queens and Long Island.

Isak began his investment sales career at Massey Knakal Realty Services (now Cushman and Wakefield) as director of sales and later founded several successful investment property sales firms before joining Eastern Consolidated as a senior director in the Investment Property Sales Division. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens, Isak earned a BBA degree in International Marketing from Baruch College.

Kimyagarov has arranged over $450 million in transactions for 100 properties in the New York City metro area with a particular focus on the Upper Manhattan market.

In addition to serving as a senior director in the Investment Sales Division at Eastern Consolidated, Kimyagarov was the senior director in the capital markets group of Cushman & Wakefield. Previously, he served as a director of sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services where he was recognized for his outstanding performance. Kimyagarov graduated from York College with a degree in Business Management, and is fluent in Russian.

Goldenwood Property Advisors specializes in the sale of both exclusive and true off-market properties in the New York City metro area.
