Inscape names Hickman business development manager

Inscape Corp. has appointed Joanne Hickman as a business development manager. She will be responsible for growing sales and distribution in the New York City market, as well as maintaining and developing relationships with the A&D, real estate and dealer communities. A veteran of the contract furniture industry, she spent 18 years with Knoll and was most recently with Offices Limited Inc., a Knoll dealership, as manager of sales & business development. She has a degree in Interior Design and is a LEED accredited professional. She is an active member of the local chapters of the IIDA and CoreNet. "We are delighted to have Joanne join our New York sales team. Highly regarded in the A&D community, her extensive industry experience and end user contacts will be very beneficial as we focus on growing sales in this key market," said Jeffrey Chaitman, VP sales, Eastern Region. Hickman will be working out of Inscape's soon to be opened showroom located at 414 West 14th St. in the Meatpacking District. The showroom is under construction and will be opening in early summer.
