Houlihan of Houlihan-Parnes secures $3.25 million sale of apartment building

Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC, represented by Jerry Houlihan, arranged the sale of 2285 Andrews Ave. North for $3.25 million. The property is located on the west side of the street between West Fordham Rd. and West 183rd St. The property is improved with a five-story walk-up apartment building built in 1922 containing a total of 37 rental units plus a super's unit in the basement. The property was sold on a co-brokerage basis with Houlihan-O'Malley Real Estate Services, Inc. The buyers satisfied a 1031 Tax Free Exchange with this purchase.
