Merrell of Island Associates sells 1,400 s/f medical office - $650,000
Lindenhurst, NY Island Associates completed the sale of a 1,400 s/f medical office building located at 760 N. Wellwood Ave. The property sold for $650,000 ($464 per s/f). The vacant building was purchased by Reddy-Care Physical Therapy as part of the company’s expansion. Situated on Wellwood Ave., the property offers visibility, parking, and access to Sunrise Hwy., Southern State Pkwy., and LIRR.
Jason Merrell of Island Associates represented the buyer and the seller.
“The demand for well-located medical office properties from owner-users remains strong throughout Long Island,” said Merrell. “Healthcare providers continue to prioritize highly visible locations with convenient access and parking as they expand to better serve their patients across Suffolk and Nassau counties.”
