Port Jefferson, NY NAI Long Island negotiated the sale of a 2,500 s/f multi-tenant office building on one acre at 111 N. Country Rd. The transaction closed on June 22, 2026, for $680,000 ($272 per s/f).

The seller, S & S Port Jeff LLC, was represented by NAI Long Island brokers Marian Campi-Conde and Michael Corsello. The buyer, 111 N. Country Realty, was represented by Grace Leyhane of Howard Hanna Coach Realtors.

The property is situated on North Country Rd., in the town’s professional and medical corridor. This office asset represents an exceptional long-term investment opportunity. The property’s prime location and street visibility, coupled with Port Jefferson’s strong local demographics, made this a valuable acquisition for a local investor.
