Horowitz of Cohen Brothers Realty collaborates with Lisk & Ruoff of Cushman & Wakefield in 15,000 s/f lease; Stravitz of BIOC acts for tenant, Southern Graphic Systems

White Plains, NY Southern Graphic Systems (SGS) has leased 15,000 s/f at the West Building at Charles S. Cohen’s 333 Westchester Ave., the 39-acre, 500,000 s/f class A corporate office campus.

Marc Horowitz, senior vice president and national director of office leasing for Cohen Brothers Realty Corp., together with Matthew Lisk and Craig Ruoff of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord in the fiev-year leasing transaction. SGS was represented by Jonathan Stravitz of BIOC Commercial Real Estate.

SGS is a leader in integrated packaging and marketing production for some of the world’s largest consumer brands, retailers, pharmaceutical companies and printing/converting industries, expects to move into its first Westchester location during the second quarter of this year. SGS is headquartered in Louisville, Ky.

Home to tenants including Amalgamated Life Insurance, USI, Inc., Mac Steel and Reis, Inc., a national provider of commercial real estate information and analysis, 333 Westchester Ave. is anchored by four interconnected mid-rise office buildings surrounded by lush landscaped gardens and courtyards.

The complex’s on-site amenities include a 15,000 s/f fitness center with exercise equipment, personal trainers and a half-basketball court; over 2,000 parking spaces; Bistro 333, a catering and business eatery; a conference center with meeting space for 200; and free shuttle service for tenants to and from the train station. 

Near Westchester’s fine transportation network, the site is a 35-minute drive into Midtown Manhattan, within minutes of Westchester County Airport and shopping in downtown White Plains.
