Horowitz of Cohen Brothers Realty collaborates with Lisk & Ruoff of Cushman & Wakefield in 15,000 s/f lease; Stravitz of BIOC acts for tenant, Southern Graphic Systems
White Plains, NY Southern Graphic Systems (SGS) has leased 15,000 s/f at the West Building at Charles S. Cohen’s 333 Westchester Ave., the 39-acre, 500,000 s/f class A corporate office campus.
Marc Horowitz, senior vice president and national director of office leasing for Cohen Brothers Realty Corp., together with Matthew Lisk and Craig Ruoff of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord in the fiev-year leasing transaction. SGS was represented by Jonathan Stravitz of BIOC Commercial Real Estate.
SGS is a leader in integrated packaging and marketing production for some of the world’s largest consumer brands, retailers, pharmaceutical companies and printing/converting industries, expects to move into its first Westchester location during the second quarter of this year.
