Hakim arranged the financing. * $11 million for a six-story mixed-use building containing 62 units and 5,900 s/f of commercial space, located on Broadway, Manhattan. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $11 million for six elevator apartment buildings containing a total of 117 units on Union St., Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $9.5 million for a six-story mixed-use building containing 43 units and 6,100 s/f of commercial space, located on West 176th St., Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $7.75 million for a six-story apartment building containing 85 units, located on Sheridan Ave., Bronx.
