Joseph Friedman of Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC has brokered seven leases totaling 16,834 s/f. The deals include: * A five-year, 4,000 s/f lease at 338 W. 39th St. for Carl Nicholas & Co. Friedman represented the tenant, while Robert Bielsky of Manhattan Commercial Realty Corp. represented the landlord. * A four-year, 3,000 s/f lease at 276 5th Ave. for Women's Media Solutions, LLC. Friedman represented the tenant, while Elliot Klein of Winoker Realty represented the landlord. * A five-year, 2,500 s/f lease at 156 5th Ave. for MWC Psychotherapy. Friedman represented the tenant and the landlord, Eli Hadad. * A 10-year, 2,184 s/f lease at 1560 Broadway for Oshman Bartek, LLC. Friedman represented the tenant, while Alan Steinberg of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord. * A three-year, 1,800 s/f lease at 237 W. 37th St. for The Fund for Public Interest. Friedman of Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC represented the tenant and landlord, MTS Realty. * A three-year, 1,750 s/f lease at 494 Eighth Ave. for Global Events. Friedman represented the tenant, while Michael Politi of Murray Hill Properties represented the landlord. * A five-year, 1,600 s/f lease at 252 W. 37th St. for Flatiron Data. Friedman represented the tenant, while Jonathan Mines of Tarter Stats O'Toole represented the landloard, The Eretz Group. "With its convenient proximity to transit and the diverse commercial environment, Midtown continues to be the preeminent location for many industries, and demand for space in this locale remains consistently high and competitive," said Friedman.
