Foit-Albert hired for pre-design services of $8 million project

Foit-Albert Associates, Architecture, Engineering, and Surveying, P.C. has been hired to handle pre-design services on a mixed-use parking structure. Foit-Albert will design the architectural features of the structure including the façades and the Main St. level open space. Desman, a parking specialist firm, will provide consultation for the construction of the parking aspects of the project as well as provide structural engineering. TVGA will provide topographic survey and environmental engineering. KCI will provide mechanical, electric, plumbing, and fire protection engineering. Landscaping design will be handled by DWG Planning and Design.
