Ferro of Berkshire Hathaway and Bauer of Bauer Appraisal Group handle $2.15 million sale

Latham, NY Richard Ferro, CCIM of Berkshire Hathaway Blake, Realtors represented 630 Columbia Street Ext. LLC, sellers, in the sale of property that consisted of two buildings totaling 53,950 s/f on 3.6 acres.

Bruce Bauer of Bauer Appraisal Group, Inc. represented the buyer, CPCC Holdings LLC, which is an affiliated entity of Camelot Print and Copy which will relocate its business to the multi-tenanted site.

Bauer Appraisal Group is a full-service appraisal firm specializing in industrial and commercial real estate appraisals. Our appraisers offer real estate appraisals for tax assessment review, litigation, and financing, as well as purchase and sale decisions.
