Falco of Falco & Isak sells 2,444 s/f religious building for $1.25 million

A religious building at 41-01 75th St. was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.25 million. The building, located at 4101 75th St., is 2,444 s/f and was delivered vacant at closing. The seller was a Lutheran congregation that was at this location for 50 years. The buyer is a Buddhist congregation that will operate at the building. "It is rare for a religious property to trade in this prime location. We received over 20 offers for this property from developers, investors and users," said Falco & Isak Realty president John Falco who exclusively handled the deal. Falco & Isak Realty specializes in the sale of investment and user properties in the New York Metropolitan area.
