Expanding programs for greater New York real estate industry

This quote is more relevant than ever before. For all businesses and real estate practitioners in the metro region, this recession has been challenging to say the least. The good news for 2011 is that our programs and services have been expanded for your benefit. Our database continues to grow and now includes over 12,500 contacts. We will keep growing with our enthusiastic leadership, membership and staff. Four annual major networking events attracting up to 1,000 attendees, five annual publications including a 16 page monthly newsletter, over 25 committees, Multiple Listing Service (MLS), seminars and educational opportunities make membership in this not-for-profit professional trade association an excellent investment in 2011. BMAR has a rich history with an extraordinary culture of inclusiveness, camaraderie, successful and dynamic business professionals. This fact is very evident since many of our members are 3rd or 4th generation of active companies in the organization. Many members have made hundreds of thousands of dollars. The value of business relationships cultivated is priceless. Social media is an important new tool. However, it will not replace business networking and cultivating long term business relationships by attending established business networking and social events. Regardless of the size of your firm, large, mid-sized, or small, your company can benefit from membership. Membership includes all companies servicing the business community and real estate industry. Companies do not need an office in Manhattan or the Bronx to be active members of the association. MLS Fee $200 per month for the Entire Office MLS membership includes: Free agent MLS access for up to 15 member agents (no agent access fee), free unlimited exclusive listings can be entered by members (no per listing fee), upload up to 40 photographs for each listing or video tours, free worldwide advertising of your exclusive MLS listings on Internet search engines automatically on: Realtor.com, Google Base, Trulia, Zillow, MySpace Classified, Lycos.com, Yahoo Real Estate, AOL.com, Cyberhomes, Overstock.com, HotPads, Properazzi, Oodle, Vast, Homescape.com, Backpage.com, Listpic.com; Military.com, Local.com, FrontDoor, and HGTV. For non-member real estate licensees, using the Realtor logo identifies a professional who subscribes to the strict Code of Ethics as a member of the NAR.
