Dunlop appointed COO of Inscape Corp.

Inscape Corp. has appointed Craig Dunlop, currently executive VP sales and marketing, to the newly created role of COO. In this capacity, he will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Inscape including direct responsibility for all of the company's operating activities other than Research and Development. CEO Madan Bhayana said, "Craig has done an outstanding job in transforming our Sales organization, putting Inscape on track to exceed its F2011 targets and positioning us to meet our long term goals. He brings to this new challenge not only tremendous leadership and change management capabilities but also a passionate commitment to success and a relentless focus on execution." Dunlop joined Inscape in December 2009 as a seasoned executive with a solid track record of success in transforming and growing organizations he led. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in the furniture industry, including eight years as president of Sealy Inc.'s Canadian Division and four years as president of Sealy in Europe. Inscape is in the process of revitalization to compete in a protracted par dollar environment. Dunlop's mandate includes the development and implementation of strategies to ensure continued growth of the company, building organizational capabilities to maximize revenues and creating operational efficiencies.
